It's well worth having, just from the point of view of being able to
transcode and export lots of stuff that WME can't do.
QT7 comes with H264 too, which is a very nice codec indeed (though
very CPU intensive). Upgrade your free player to the latest version
first, then apply the licence key and it unlocks the QT Pro features.
