If QT on the desktop can play it, I'd justFile -> Export in Quicktime
Pro, set to convert it to a MPEG4 ISMA basic profile instead. My guess
is it can't read the SV3 encoded data.
TCPMP should be able to play that - if not, export to Quicktime Movie
instead, select MPEG4 video and the audio selection may be active to
choose MP4 audio (probably). You don't need fast start of hinting
selected - that's for internet streams only (off a media server)
