USB on PocketPC (Driver issue)

I have a generric CompactFlash -> PCMCIA Adapter and a USB 2.0 PCMCIA card.
I know the adapter works bc I used a PCMCIA CF reader in the CF to PCMCIA
adapter. However I cant get the USB card to work.

I have the Ratoc drivers for CF->USB (all related PPC/WM HID and Mass
Storage drivers) but I cant get them to work...

I have a Dell Axim X5 with an Intell Xscale 400mhz processor and 64mb of
RAM.

Any help is appreciated.,
