Try encoding a clip short enough to fit in main memory, and see if you have
the same problem when playing from there. If so it may be something to do
with your SD card, perhaps the read speed is to low.
Beyond that, I can't help you - I use DivX encoded AVI files for video on my
PPC, and play them with betaplayer (http://betaplayer.corecodec.org/). Works
flawlessly all the time. The answer to most WMP issues ends up being "don't
use WMP".
