    What about OGG? I haven't done a/b comparisons, but they sound pretty good
    at half the size of an MP3. Most freeware players seem to support them.

    I can tell you why I don't support WMA; I don't know how. Microsoft does not
    seem interested in telling me. Since it is freeware, and I am fine with MP3s
    and OGGs, I have no motivation to spend a lot of time reverse-engineering
    it. (Please prove me wrong, and point me to some docs of sample code.)

    As for the guys who tell you to get a dedicated MP3 player; where's the fun
    in that? <grin>
