Data binding in Mobile Internet Explorer

With mobile phone screens getting larger I'm wondering about the
possibility of running (or adapting to run) an HTML/JScript program
that I have written on Windows Mobile.
The program takes the form of a single .hta file which sucks in data
from .csv files using the TDC ActiveX control (Tabular Data Control).
This has happily run on all desktop versions of IE since IE4.
Is the TDC control available for Mobile IE? If so, where can I find
instructions on how to obtain/install/use it?
If not, can someone please point me to places on the web (or books)
giving advice on alternative approaches to binding web pages to data
and querying/sorting the data? Preferably to methods that will work
with any browser and operating system.
Thanks.
