Is it possible to use 2 usb modems / pocket pc's to increase available

ie one with say T-mobile & one with orange.
This is for a mobile video uploading application. We need the best upload
speed / bandwidth to transmit some live video feeds.
WebRamp did (and maybe still does) something similar. I first
encountered the product several years ago. It was a router that could
use 1-3 dial-up modems to connect a LAN to the Internet. It would use
just 1 modem if the load was light, and add modems (if connected) as
the load got heavier. Here's a link that seems relatively new,
although I didn't check.

Any help appreciated.
