Tethering 2 modems

Is it possible to use 2 usb modems / pocket pc's to increase available
bandwidth on an XP machine.
ie one with say T-mobile & one with orange.
This is for a mobile video uploading application. We need the best upload
speed / bandwidth to transmit some live video feeds.
Any help appreciated.
