cab projects in VS2005

Hi,

When creating a cab deployment project in VS2005, there seems to be an issue
with adding SetupDLL.dll.
I'm unable to add a setup dll without having the setup dll also ending up in
cab as a file to be installed/copied to destination.
in .inf file, this means setup dll is added both to copy list as well as
cesetup. How can I prevent it adding it to copy list?
