How to connect to the serial Bluetooth port from a browser instance?

Anyone know how to connect to the serial Bluetooth port from a browser
instance running on a PocketPC ? Do I need to write a Java applet?
Active-X control? JavaScript? Anyone know of any code examples that
can help me get started with this project?
