Re: GPS and QR Code question

Yes, I was looking for something in cf. Or some library for buy (have short time to delivery the project).
Maybe is better to get a port on C#. But thats leave on another question: how to access the camera?

I have some problems to install the WM 5 SDK, he give me en_Windows_Mobile_50_Pocket_PC_SDK.msi network error (missing file). The WM 5 SDK have 174 mb.

Now I'm download the WM Developer Resource Kit.msi with 880 mb. I hope thats works.

I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate (no problems with debug or anything else).

Sorry for the noobs question.

The link you originally posted (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_Code) has a lot of links at the bottom about QR Codes. Some go right to sites with open-source libraries for reading and writing. If you're specifically for a Compact Framework library for QR Codes, I think you're out of luck, but with all of the source available in Perl, C and even Java, it should be easy enough to port one.

As the HP 6945 runs Windows Mobile 5, you could have a look at the sample C#
GPS application that comes with the Windows Mobile 5 SDK.

I'm a C# programer and new on the Compact Framework world, to develop I have
a HP 6945 with GPS built in.

I just need build a program to start-up the GPS and stay send to a SQL 2005
database the X and Y where he is at the moment. I just dont know where to
start.
Is an API from HP ?! Or I can do this direct on the .NET Framework with C# ?

My other problem is how to read a QR Code (a.k.a. Denso Code -
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_Code).
Does anyone know a component? Or how can I do this? How to start the camera?

Thanks
