There's an open-source CF 1.0 compliant C# compiler available on the web.
There's also a C/C++ compiler. Google will find either.

Hi group,
Is there a class in csharp and/or visual c c++, that permits to convert
program text code to exe files inside PPC ?,
it doesnt matter if i have to use pinvoke, i prefer csharp,
i want to develope an application that permits me
to write programs inside PPC, and to create its exe files.
Thanks very much in advance, Carlos.
