Re: GPS sample and Windows Mobile 2005

Hi Robert,

what's your problem ?
Can't you follow more than one thread ?
What's hard for you is not hard for others.
I follow all threads of interest to me and use Google Groups interface
to search for threads of interest to me.
That's the way I get used to read and write Google Groups and Usenet
groups in the past.

I am really sorry if you don't follow the same standard.
And what seems to you to be unrelated question is fully related
inquiry to me.

WM Developer is the right person to answer my question, isn't he ?
If your answer is affirmative, just let him to speak out.

Finally.
From the previous discusssion I have learned that WinCE embedded
device can
be described by a manufacturer as a specialized device/equipment,
so I , as a consument, are being deprived of a right to install and
run third party applications.
So question is if, under US CODE: Title 17,1201. Circumvention of
copyright protection systems and Consumer Rights Protection Act, a
manufacturer of an embedded device running WinCE, intended for public,
non-specialized use, like car navigation, is or is not authorize to
keep consumers away from giving them entitlement to
install and run third party applications, like GPS logging/track free
application.

That's my question and I am sure, a developer of GPS application can
give me a right answer.

Several folks are trying hard to help in the thread you started in
microsoft.public.pocketpc. When you start another thread (such as you
did here), it makes it hard for everyone to see and/or participate in
the whole discussion.

Also, you really should not ask a largely unrelated question when
someone else starts a thread.
