Install an SDK and look at the help file. The list can change from device
to device. Is there a specific API or device you're looking for? That's a
really broad question.

Pocket PC is a _platform_ built on the Windows CE operating system.
The native API for the Windows CE operating system is pretty much a
subset of the Win32 API. Each SDK, at least from Microsoft, comes with
a help file that lists all the functions supported by that platform,
including Win32 functions.
