It may be easier to create a new WM 2005 project and add your files to it.
Also you can use that API from your original 2003 project (however, you will
need to use LoadLibrary to load that function dinamically).

Hi,
I'm developing an application with Visual Studio 2005 Pro.
I have originally writed it for Windows Mobile 2003 and now I'd like to
add the support for Windows Mobile 5.0 because I need the
GetDeviceUniqueID API. I have installed the WM 5.0 SDK but if I try to
create a new configuration for WM 5.0 (copying the settings from
Windows Mobile 2003) I got this error
"Cannot open precompiled header file: 'Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC SDK
(ARMV4I)\Debug/MyProject.pch"
(Maybe it the last / that is wrong ? Where can I modify the / to \ ?)
If I start a new project and add (from wizard) the support for Windows
Mobile 5.0 everything works fine.
How can I do to add the support for 5.0 to my first project ?
Thanks in advance
Stefano
