PPC project setup

1. I created VB 2005 project for Pocket PC. Built it.
2. I added Setup and Deployment project. Built it and got CAB file.
3. I installed my app on the PPC
4. In general everything works, but I decided to make some changes.
5. I made changes in the main project, increased the version number and
built the project, then built Setup project.
6. I ran CAB file on PPC - it asked me if I want to uninstall the previous
version.
7. I answered Yes.
8. I run the app and there is an old version.
9. I uninstalled the application and ran setup again. No changes. I still
have an old version.

I couldn't find any properties in Setup project allowing me to set override
rules, and I just do not understand where PPC keeps an old version after
uninstall.
How do I install a newer version if there is an old version of the
application?

Al.
