Pocket PC database ?

Hi
I am developing a distributed application which will involve desktops,
laptops, tablet pcs and pocket pcs. I will be setting up an adhoc network so
that these devices can communicate with each other. In lieu of this I have
some doubts:
1. What is the best way to enable data transfer to/from pocket pcs ?
Laptops/Desktops can transfer data by going to file explorer and typing
%\\computer_name% and then we can copy and paste the files. Though not the
best method it works. Does somebody have any suggestions how this can be
done with Pocket PCs ? Does an alternate solution exist to enable data
transfer in this network ?
2. Each of these devices in the network will be required to maintain a
database which will then communicate the respective information to the
centralized database (on a desktop). The centralized database is in Oracle.
I dont think we can install Oracle on Pocket PCs .. Right ? What would be
the best database system to install on the pocket pcs which will enable easy
interaction with the Oracle centralized database ?
Any help/hints would be really appreciated. Thanks...
