Thanks Chris! Yeah, I discovered that entry, and it is presently \Release.
But, any changes here require a reboot before they take effect.
I came up with a nice workaround; I build my bootstrap executeable
statically linked to the MFC/C run-time stuff. Problem solved! I should
have thought of that sooner.
