Enumerating mail accounts and getting account information?

Hello,
I'm trying to do what I thought would be an easy task but it turned
out is not so much. I'm trying to enumerate all the mail accounts
that a user has setup in Pocket Outlook and get the authentication and
server information. The XML provisioning API doesn't let you get at
accounts the user has setup themselves through the mail UI. There's a
..NET API for enumerating the accounts but it doesn't provide any
information about the account other than the name. I'm not sure if
MAPI would help here either but I'm really unfamilar with it.
I would like to prevent users from having to type all the information
in twice (once in the mail setup and once in my application) and then
have all the issues of keeping it in sync. Is there anyway to access
this information?
