How to hide the menu bar at the bottom of the screen

I search the group, it seems no answer so I ask here and you may have
solution:

I created a fullscreen window that covers the whole screen, and I use
1) SHFullScreen(hWnd, SHFS_HIDETASKBAR | SHFS_HIDESIPBUTTON |
SHFS_HIDESTARTICON) function and also
2) hide the window "HHTaskbar" ...

It hides the taskbar on the top of the screen (holding the Start Icon)
and the bar at the bottom of the screen at beginning. But when I touch
the fullscreen window (it has the scrollbar), the bottom menu bar
(holding the New menu and system tray)on the screen shows up again.

How can I hide this system menu bar on the bottom of the screen as long
as the window is not destroyed?
