I need to get files (or data in some format) to and from the device,

I just used google (http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search) to
look up
getting files
in this newsgroup and got 420 hits. I took a quick look and think most
were irrelevant. But at least one seemed highly relevant and useful,
with more info than I would likely give.

If I have data in a SQL Mobile database can I connect to it using a
desktop app?

I just used google to look up
sql mobile
in this newsgroup and got 325 hits. I took a quick look, but can't
tell how relevant any are. When I changed the search string to
sql mobile desktop
I got 64 hits. I took a quick look and am pretty sure at least one is
relevant and useful.
