Well, so i found that out the hard way.

The problem is, that the Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK does not come with the
source files to build strmbas.lib yourself. Downloading the Platform
Builder can not be suggested solution. I compared the Platform
Builder's source files against those from the "desktop" DirectShow SDK
(from the latest Platform SDK 2006-01-20) and they are not identical.
I did though not try to compile these for Windows CE yet...

So what is the suggested way to build filters on top of the DirectShow
base classes for Windows CE?
