Expanding contacts on windows mobile 2k3SE

Hi,
is there a possiblity to extend number of fields in contacts:

Name: john
Surname: Doh
Nick: psycho
home tel: 2209372174
mobile: 2194841734

is standard

now i'd like to add a new field:

Name: john
Surname: Doh
Nick: psycho
home tel: 2209372174
mobile: 2194841734
MyCustomTextField: bla bla bla

and make it synchronize with the pc outlook...
i can make such fields in outlook on pc...
