Combo box problem

Hi

I have a hx 4700 and have developed an application on it. It has a
combo that gets data from the DB and displays the same everytime its
clicked on
The problem is .. the combo drops down only the first time its accessed
after that it doesnt show the drop down list (However I can still see
the values using the hardware up n down keys).

The same app runs properly on another pda without prob.
I have also downloaded the latest rom update for the same.

Any suggestions
