Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

IMO, something unusual is going on with the one that "doesn't work." I
haven't seen this, and as Chris suggests, the only thing that comes to mind
is some unusual driver. Is there anything installed on the trouble device
that doesn't look "normal?"
