Complicated way: write an SMS filter. See
Windows CE Tools\wce420\POCKET PC 2003\Samples\Win32\Mapirule
for an example how this is done. Don't forget to use an own CLSID!
Simple way: Open "sounds & notifications" in the settings, select "SMS
notification", and uncheck "Show popup".
