Yeah, I'm shocked and embarassed that I hadn't figured out that ARM
was what I wanted. Thanks for the link, but the runtime is definitely
installed. My app *does* start up, and when it does not detect the
presence of the .sdf file it runs the code to synchronize with it, but
it's just not like something during the Pull.
