not valid WINDOWS CE application

Hi,
I have a problem installing an application en a Symbol mc3000.


I have installed
Development PC:
VS .net 2003
MS VS .Net 2003 add-on Pack
MS ActiveSync 3.7

Device:
MS .NET COMPACT FRAMEWORK V1.0 SP 3
SMDK 1.2 for .net symbol (symbol.all.arm.cab)

I developed a small app ('HELLO')
When I release from VS to emulator it works fine.

But when I release to device:
it seems install framework and app.
In \ program files\myapp.exe

When I click Myapp.exe a "not valid WINDOWS CE application" appears.

Any help will be really appreciated
