What parameter VS.Net passes to “netcf.all.wce4.armv4.cab” file to

When I manually execute “netcf.all.wce4.armv4.cab” file on WinCE.Net device,
it asks for location to install. But when VS.Net deploys and executes this
file there is no dialog box to ask for location to install. What parameter
VS.Net passes to this .cab file to prevent install location option.
I want to install this “netcf.all.wce4.armv4.cab” file on warm boot but it
should not ask for install location.
Please help.
