Missing header files

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me. I'm modifying some code that was written by
someone I am unable to contact. It was written for the Pocket PC and it uses
the Message Queue to communicate with a peripheral. I desperately need two
header files called "msgqueue.h" (For use with the Message Queue) and "pm.h"
(For use with Power Management) so that I can re-compile his code. I
currently have eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 installed and they aren't in the
"include" folder or any other include folder that I have. Does anyone know
what software I need to install to get these files? Or could someone e-mail
them to me if possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
