need to capture NOTIFICATION_EVENT_WAKEUP event

Hi everyone,

i know this has been ask propably like a million times but i can't seem
to get anything working with this...

does anybody have a C# sample that actualy would make this event work
NOTIFICATION_EVENT_WAKEUP i realy need to capture this event but none
of my test actualy works or trigers this event
