1) Don't I need to install the SDK as well?

I have VS.NET and a Dell Axim. Just trying to do a simple "Hello
world" type program.

2) What steps do I take? Do I create a new project of type "Windows
Mobile" or something like that? (I don't see that option yet;
downloading SDK as we speak...)
