problem in launching apllication to Device

Hi,
I have an application whic uses CF 1.0 on Pocket Pc.
It is working fine , well all of a sudden it did not deployed onto device
but the build window said no errors...

I was amazed , then after deleting temp files (debug dir & obj dir) and try
deploying 2/3 time again it properly launched /deployed....

Why is it so.
