Are you sure? I remember making a similar statement several years ago,
only to be refuted. I think the "trick" is to wrap the executable in
one set of quotes, and wrap the argument in a second set. For example
17#"\some.exe" "arg"
The count includes the whole string (quotes, spaces, and all) - but I
won't guarantee I got the number right here. I'm not sure about
multiple arguments. And, of course, my memory may be faulty, and so I
may be reputed here.
