FlexiPanel is a system that lets small, embedded, servers use
BlueTooth to control UIs on a wide variety of devices, including
Pocket PCs. For more info, see www.flexipanel.com or read the article
on pp. 61-65 of the September 2004 issue of Dr. Dobb's.

Caveats:
1) I don't deal with embedded systems, so I'm quite naive about them.
2) I just read the article, and am thus biased by the enthusiasm of a
new discoverer.
