Moving from Palm to Pocket PC. I need help.

Hi,
I'm thinking the best way to move my app(SFA and more) from Palm (c++)
to Pocket PC .
First, I need to choose my new hardware, I have been thinking in a Ipaq.
I need excellent speed, wireless comunication, and batteries with good
duration.
Second, I have to think about my database. It's big, many tables and
many records.
I need something stable, quick and cheap, specially because many
licenses are required.
My current hardware in Palm is Tungsten C, 400mhz, 64mb, with wireless
802.11b.
