Hi Tibor,

I did some checking, and it's not a bug. Second Edition is designed to do
this; the user can tap OK to continue. Perhaps the decision to "hold off"
came too late for Second Edition? However, I don't see any documentation
about this change, so I am submitting a request via mswish.

The Internet Explorer 6 team has not implemented this change ... yet. I
don't know if they will in future or not. The Beta document has been
withdrawn and I could find no archived copy of it.
