I am experiencing problems with pocket pc 2003 and smart phone 2003
emulators in virtual switch mode on Windows Professional XP SP1. I
can connect to emulator and run few remote tools like Remote File
Viewer, Remote Process Viewer without problems. However, Update Remote
Output File(s), Remote Kernel Viewer, Remote Spy++ or F5 (start
debugging), all hang indefinitely. To summarize, anything that
requires file upload hangs. My workaround is to disable automatic
target update and use Remote File Viewer to upload files.
I don't have these problems on Windows 2000. It looks like virtual
switch driver is not compatible with Windows XP.
Any help would be appreciated.
