Problem on delete a transferred file from Pocket Pc

I use CeDeleteFile( ) to delete a .txt file from pocket pc. It does not run perfectly if the file is transferred from other application (MS VB 6.0).
What I tried to do is to disconnect the Microsoft ActiveSync and connect it again, made it looked like refreshing the pocket pc, CeDeleteFile ( ) works again.

How could I run it smooth without moving the Microsoft ActiveSync?
