    I had this problem too -- I was connected via activesync fine, but the IDE
    just didn't "see" the connection upon deploying. What solved it for me was
    d/l (I think) the WinCE toolkit from MS ... there's an app in there that
    deleted the desktop keys, which had gotten out of sync when I changed my
    windows password. There's a number of articles out there on this (trying to
    find one, can't seem to find it now that I'm looking for it...) ... but you
