It sounds like a Server option may need to be changed. There aren't many
options for Pocket PC 2003 dial-up connections.
I would test this using a laptop. If the laptop also fails to be able to FTP
to the server(s) in question, ask the same question in the Windows 2000
Server newsgroup.
The interesting part here is that Pocket PC 2002 devices aren't seeing the
problem. Let us know more about "how" it fails (errors, symptoms) and
hopefully we can assist further. A comparison to services other than FTP
will be helpful, i.e. can the Pocket PC 2003 device access a file share from
the server? Can it access a web page from the server? Can it ping the server
(for example, using vxUtils)?
