You need language pack software for your iPAQ. Basically, PocketPC is
running in Unicode. Explorer will base on code page setting in that webpage
to convert double byte ANSI to unicode. The problem is we don't have built
in convertion table and font for those FarEast characters.
There are couple language pack software outside is pretty decent. Maybe you
want to search that in Internet and download to try it.
