If you have a socket listening for it, you should be able to receive a UDP
packet. This might vary over the type of connection you are using. I
don't know how ActiveSync would handle this packet and it might be filtered
out depending on how an operator sets up a GPRS network. However if you
have a network adaptor connection you should be able to write a listener to
receive a UDP packets.
