I've been using this. It generates faster, though more bulky, code. It also seems to have fewer bugs; eVC++ Sp2 breaks when optimising some of my code base. It is a purchase product, but is bundled with the x86 plugin compiler too. It has intrinsics and vector options which eVC++ doesn't (I haven't tested these yet) It is available for downloadable eval (30 days) so you could test it to see if it is worth the cost in your case:
