Which version of PTvnc did you buy ?
If PTvnc2, PTvncGPRS or PTvncHiRes then we need to remove
the 6515 from the list of compatible devices, however PTvncWM5
is compatible with and makes full use of all PPC displays.

Did you contact us directly ? (We received no notification
of your mail with Handango as far as I can tell from our
inbox)

In any case, please get in touch directly and we will sort you out
with a copy of PTvncWM5 which is compatible with square
devices and PPC2003/2003SE as well as WM5 (that is if you're
still interested in having a copy of our VNC client).

I purchased PTVnc from Handango for my iPAQ hw6515. The Handango web
page listed this as a supported device. I installed PTVnc but it never
worked. I'm not sure if it's because of 240X240 screen, but for
whatever reason it did not work. Worse, when I called Handango for a
refund, they gave me the runaround.
