Re: P2P SDK for PocketPC?

I know that our P2P was ported from WinXP so the API set should be a subset,
perhaps even %100 compatable. The MSDN docs would have more details.

As far as what 'optional server component' means, this I do not know. I
know the packages (P2P, MSMQ, HTTPD, etc...) are all independantly
installable so I would think it wouldn't be this coarse of a description.
Try searching through your visual studio install for peernet.cab or
peernet.* to see if you can find the raw file. That you can copy onto the
device + install via the file explorer I believe.

Sorry I'm not of more help here. I'm a core networking guy, don't have a
lot of experience from the SDK side of things. Also I'm on vacation and am
only checking this sporadically so please don't be offended at a long
response.

Thank you for your information

Just before I installed Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK. But it doesn't have
P2P. Instead 'Optional server component' seems to have. Does this
mobile P2P SDK support full set of XP P2P APIs? Otherwise, what are
different?

Thank you

Scott
