Best guess here;
It sounds like your trying to open the port used by RAS for the data
connection....
Find out what ports are available when you want to multiplex (use multiple
ports simultaneously) and
use something else than the one used by RAS.
If you have it running on Win32 then it should just be a matter of using the
right port.
