Connection problem - Active Sync

I am using Pocket PC 2002.
I just want to connect to the internet and access other
network resources via IE by using the USB Crandle connect
to the Laptop with Active Sync.

Is it possible?
If yes, how to set it up.

there are no modem or network card in my PDA.
