Windows Mobile Device Center erases appointments in my HTCS730

Hi all,
My HTCS730 is synchronizing through Windows Mobile Device Center (version
6.1). I can only choose between these options when it comes to handling
"conflicts":
- let the device entry exist and erase the one on the computer
- let the computer entry exist and erase the one on the device.
Now I DON'T want ANYTHING to be erased! The problem is that Windows
recognizes things as a "conflict" while there is none. I mean this: in my pc
I entered: "Jean has a free day today". This is a day activity. Later on,
while not being connected with my computer, I enter something in my agenda
for the same day, like "hairdresser at 3h00pm". When I synchronize this
later with my computer, it doesn't add the appointment to my computer, but
erases it from my HTC, since it handles it as a "conflict" (probably between
the day activity (day off) and the new appointment. When trying to change
that in the device center I can only see this: "handling conflicts: when a
conflict arrises, Windows should..." and then it offers me only the choices
to keep the appointment in one of the two agenda's, the one on my computer or
on the HTC. I really want both entries. I don't care if it "conflicts".
Who can help me? Thank you!
