Three devices: Getting daring (or stupid...).

I have three devices a desktop (running Windows XP and Outlook 2002), a laptop (running Vista and Outlook 2002) and a mobile (WM6). The desktop's and the laptop's Outlook are synchronized using "OsaSync" a synchronization tool by a company called Vaita (http://www.vaita.com/).
So far I am always syncing my mobile to the desktop only, never to the laptop.
Now, what if I try to sync it to the laptop as well (i.e. have full triangle synchronization between these devices). Any chances that this will or is this just asking for disaster?
Did anybody try this and could report on his/her experiences?
Michael
